Job Summary/Basic FunctionsThe Training Records Information System Data Integrity Analyst assists with the maintenance and operation of the TRIS system to ensure data accuracy. Processes data into the training records system, according to established requirements and deadlines. In addition, this position will audit, conduct data analysis, review, input, research, and maintain transactions.

Minimum QualificationsEducation: Certification or graduation from a four (4) year college or university

Experience: Three years of experience in an office environment in which continual public interaction and daily maintenance of computer databases was expected.

Licensure & CertificationsPreferred Qualifications:Job Duties

• 60% - Analyzes and audits Training Records processes, activities, and data entry to ensure accuracy. Use analytical results to continually improve TRIS functions and processes. - ()
• 30% - Assists with data processing into the Training Records Information System, according to established requirements and deadlines. - ()
• 10% - Assures the effective operation of the Training Records department by performing other duties as assigned. - ()

Special Instructions: The Training Resource Center (TRC) provides training and support for Kentucky's Department for Community Based Services.
