Continuing to enable the future of audio visual production.After a successful seven-years at SEGRO Park North Feltham, ATC has tripled its space at the development, signing a 15-year lease in the process.The company, which offers services to production companies, has upsized to a new 26,518 sq ft facility, facilitating further growth and the widening of its customer base throughout London, the South East and the UK as a whole.This new lease demonstrates our commitment to help our customers grow and succeed. As well as supporting AT Communications’ business prosperity, the new building is also designed to reduce its impact on the environment.It is targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating and equipped with a variety of sustainability features such as PV panels and EV charging points.We look forward to seeing the extraordinary things Andrew Thomas and the rest of the AT Communications team achieve with their new space.

Having a strong presence in the regions we operate in allows us to better understand the needs of our customers and communities.This is why we’re pleased to have secured a deal with Coventry City Council; bringing 25 of our colleagues to occupy Two Friargate in the city centre. The team will work to deliver 13.5 million sq ft of modern, sustainable warehouse space across the West Midlands, expecting to bring in 14,000 new local jobs. Two Friargate is one of the region’s most sustainable office buildings, targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating, putting it amongst the top 10% of new buildings for sustainability. This aligns with our #ResponsibleSEGRO commitment to Champion low-carbon growth.We look forward to growing in the West Midlands from this fantastic new base.
