Great for Shopping Online & Store Pickup

pros:This location is close to my home and I always order stuff online and pick up here. fast service, adequately staffed and knowledgeable clerks. Cons: two times I have been here and even when Im at the front of the line I still have to wait a little before I am seen to. they are adequately staffed, but I just think its weird to be in the front of the line standing up waiting for about a minute or two while the clerk finishes up on something else before getting to me.

MR. JOE IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT IS THE GUY... HE IS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND KNOW HIS STUFF. EVERYTIME I SEE MR. JOE HE ALWAYS ASK ME HOW ME AND MY GIRLS ARE DOING AND IS VERY HELPFUL ON HELPING ME GET EXACTLY WHAT I NEED. I enjoy stopping in the carpet, the plumbing, the electrical, and the paint area to talk to the associates and get their opinion and advice on the best way to complete a job. They are helpful in answering the HOW, WHY and the WHY NOT, of my questions

Your people make the difference

The sales associate we worked with in appliances was wonderful, as were the delivery/installation guys who delivered our appliances. It was a great experience, so much so that we will think of this location first when making appliance purchases. Please see my survey for other comments related to your sales associate and my experience. I hope you commend her and your delivery team. You can buy appliances anywhere, and in fact we did, but a good customer service experience can make or break a relationship. We went to Sears first, purchased our washer and microwave and then cancelled our delivery and the sale the very next day after a poor customer service experience when trying to schedule our delivery, so we happened upon the appliances at the Snapfinger Wood Home Depot store and our exchange with your sales woman put the sale over the top, it was a 180 degree difference from what we experienced with the Sears sales associate scheduling their appliance deliveries. and its made us life customers. The Snapfinger store will be where we think of first for any future needs. I don't recall the sales associate's name but her cashier number is SPOS01 and our order number is H0118-12262. Tell her again for me how appreciative I am of her taking the time to treat us like family and make our experience a good one. Best Regards.

The Wesley Chapel location was very clean and had good lighting. The staffers that approached me were friendly and offered assistance.

No Surprise

I like the store on Wesley Chapel. I always go in this one. Today they saw I had a problem with my foot and offered to get a rolling basket for me because I forgot to get one on the way in. There are great people at that store.

Friendly associates

My fiance and I have been to this Home Depot location multiple times since our move into a new house. The associates have been helpful and most importantly knowledgeable about the materials we needed to buy for our place- including everything from screws, wood, metal fencing and concrete.

Leland provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable. I normally visit the home depot in Conyers, but was very impressed with this associate.

Based on this visit alone, I'd definitely recommend this location in the future. Leland(Lee), the cashier, was very upbeat and added a positive vibe to my experience. Can't say that I've had this exeperience in the past, so my encounter with him was well worth the visit. There was also a young lady standing in the front of the lawn/gardening section, willing to assist, that had a positive attitude as well(hate I didnt get her name). Hope you guys continue to hire GREAT customer service reps that are readily available to help in the furture!!
