$21.00/hr - $23.00/hr
DescriptionOur esteemed client, a respected figure in the construction industry, is renowned for their exceptional service provision and high-quality projects. They are currently searching for a Customer Service Representative to be the initial point of interaction for clients and ensure excellent customer experiences.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for communicating with customers, answering queries, providing information about company products and services, and resolving any customer issues. A successful candidate should possess a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to function in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and service requests.
Provide information about our products and services, take orders, and respond to customer inquiries.
Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions within a timely manner.
Record details of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
Follow up on customer interactions and escalate unresolved matters as needed.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education degree a plus.
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
